A Tree-mendous Spot!

Beside you are two large oak trees.  Look up and you will see their leaves have different shapes. One has lobes with sharp points and is a Red Oak, the most common oak in the Nopiming and also farther north, The other has round lobes and is White Oak, a rare tree here but common farther south. Both species produce acorns that are eaten by Gray and Red squirrels, Black Bears, Wood Ducks, and White-tailed Deer.
