Description:  During this outing, we will be visiting a few locations starting with Blakeney Rapids.  A variety of both common and hopefully some more rare species of dragonflies and damselflies will be seen.   This is not an outing with rigorous hiking requirements, but I always recommend bringing water, wearing a hat, sunscreen, solid footwear, and long pants tucked into socks. Binoculars, a camera and a field guide are always a good idea if you have them. 

Trained as a zoologist with an interest in birds since his teenage years and odonates over the last 15, Christian will share his knowledge of what he considers the most fascinating and useful of insects.
