Through the author’s examination of field collection records for North America, a select list of the 20 rarely encountered northeastern fungi that may occur in eastern Ontario will be reviewed and described. With an ultimate goal of adding these species to the North American “Red List,” this workshop invites participants to add mushrooms to their biological diet!
